Our own Lisa Graber is profiled in @newarkElement 14 #ImAnEngineer. Watch how amazing she is.

Lisa Graber, PDT Program and Test Manager, was profiled in Element 14’s #IMANENGINEER, an initiative to celebrate every day heroes who are making an impact on the world through their role as an engineer.

Lisa was chosen to be profiled because of her 29 years of diverse experience, including project engineer on highly classified defense projects to scrum master at Nokia Siemens Network.

In a field that predominantly male, Lisa wants to especially encourage creative young women to consider a science related career path.

“I was very honored and proud to be profiled for #ImAnEngineer,” said Lisa, “As a woman with a mathematics background working in technology, it has been such a positive, challenging, and rewarding experience. I want to share that experience and encourage young people, especially girls, to look into technology as a career. Science, technology, engineering, math…don’t be intimidated, it’s fun!”
