Systems Integration Lab

Our Systems Integration Lab (SIL) features custom testing stations for robust servers, allowing us to design custom network configurations for future connectivity products.

Quality Assurance

Astronics CSC can lead engineering validation testing, environmental compliance testing, UL or CE certification, FAA, EASA or OEM Certification or FDA testing. From test fixture and setup to documentation and execution, our team is ready to work with you to achieve success. Understanding each customer's use of technology is unique, we leverage mechanical and human interface testing designed to simulate use in the product's actual environment.

Manufacturing, Assembly, and FAA Repair

Our local 167,000 SF manufacturing facility is AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14000 certified with employees trained in Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S. Our global sourcing team also leverages a trusted network of partners in Asia.

A repair station certified by the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is operated at Astronics CSC.
